The City of Lake Jackson is taking sealed bids for the purchase of a .9657-acre tract of land located at 902 Lake Road, Block 6, Section 1, designated as Park #5, Timbercreek Subdivision Plat. Water service access exists, and sewer extensions will be provided by the City.
A minimum bid of $150,000 is established for the property in question. The City of Lake Jackson reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the City of Lake Jackson, 25 Oak Drive, Lake Jackson, 77566, ATTN: Amie Peterson, Purchasing, and marked “Sealed Bid 22-12-014 Sale of 902 Lake Road”. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2023
