A refundable deposit is due upon reservation of a space at the Civic Center, Jasmine Hall, or South Parking Place.
The rental fee is due 30 days prior to the rental date and payments may be made in installments either in person or over the phone.

Yes. Lake Jackson residents receive a discount on Civic Center room rental fees. Deposits are not discounted.

Yes. Organizations must provide a valid 501c3 at time of reservation and may receive a discount on Civic Center room rental fees. Deposits are not discounted. 

Yes. Active Military only may receive a discount on Civic Center room rental fees. Deposits will not be discounted.
Valid active military ID must be provided upon reservation.

When renting a room at the Lake Jackson Civic Center, tables will be placed on their feet and chairs in stacks of 10 in the room at no additional charge.
With an additional fee, Civic Center staff will setup the room as requested. 

When renting Jasmine Hall, tables and chairs are available in the building at no additional charge. Renters must setup the tables and chairs. 

South Parking Place and the Civic Center Outdoor Plaza do not come with tables and chairs. Those must be provided by a third party at the renter's expense.

Jasmine Hall has 10 round tables (66inch) and 6 rectangle tables (6foot) and 80 chairs. 

When renting rooms at the Civic Center or Jasmine Hall, 66 inch round tables and 6 foot rectangle tables are available at no additional charge. 

Tables and chairs are not available for rentals of the Civic Center Outdoor Plaza and South Parking Place.

Pinatas are not allowed at the Lake Jackson Civic Center, Jasmine Hall, or South Parking Place. 

Inflatables are allowed when renting Jasmine Hall, South Parking Place, and the Civic Center Outdoor Plaza.

Inflatables must have a certificate of liability listing the City of Lake Jackson and a State Inspection certification is required.

Must provide own generator and stakes are not permissible at South Parking Place or The Civic Center Outdoor Plaza.
