Lake Jackson was carved out of the Southeast Texas Jungle in the early 1940s. Since its inception, Lake Jackson has been dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of the area. The City of Lake Jackson boasts many state and national awards for community involvement.

Sealed proposals must be received at the location specified in the bid package, by 2:00 p.m. on the bid opening date. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 25 Oak Drive, Lake Jackson, TX 77566. on the bid opening date.
