  • If you would like to place an item on the Traffic Agenda your request must be made 10 days prior to the meeting date. You may contact the City Secretary's Office to submit your formal request.

Duties

The Traffic Commission is a recommending body to the City Council. It aids in the development of the city's traffic plans, handles citizen requests and problems, and recommends sign placement. 


The Traffic Calming Manual is a document created by this commission that provides a step-by-step process to follow in order to help promote a smooth flow of traffic through Lake Jackson neighborhoods. This document includes:
