Code enforcement is responsible for policing uncontrolled growth of weeds, accumulation of rubbish, unsightliness caused by junked / abandoned vehicles in public view, signs, and various nuisances.
Health Officer Duties
The Health Officer inspects food and daycare establishments, pools, and other health related issues. All multi-family complexes are inspected to ensure minimum housing standards and to provide excellent quality of life for all Lake Jackson citizens.
