As you put out your holiday decorations, do you have broken tree lights? Are you getting new string lights for your house and have a lot of old ones? Are you getting rid of patio lights? Keep Lake Jackson Beautiful will divert your old string lights of any size from the landfill and recycle them for you! No need to sort or place in any special bags, just bring the string lights to the following locations and let the KLJB volunteers do the rest! KLJB can collect more than 400 pounds of string lights every holiday season!

Collection Dates: Now through Jan. 5, 2026
