Lake Jackson residents can get free mulch from the Mulch Site located at 103 Canna Lane, between the City Service Center & the Humane Shelter (behind Brazosport Regional Hospital). You must bring a valid drivers license for proof of residency.
Operating day and hours are:
Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Sunday & Monday - CLOSED
