Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be conducted to consider amending Chapter 110 Zoning to broaden scope of businesses that can share parking spaces and allow the Planning Commission to waive commercial parking requirements.

The amendment to zoning code requires that 2 public hearings are held; one before the Planning Commission and one before City Council. Anyone seeking to give or receive information on this amendment should be present at Lake Jackson City Hall (25 Oak Drive) on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. before the Planning Commission and/or on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. before the City Council.

Comments may also be mailed to Alice A. Rodgers, City Secretary at Lake Jackson City Hall or emailed to: arodgers@lakejacksontx.gov.
