[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing for Plantation Park Noise Variance Request

At their meeting on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. the City Council will consider a request from Blazer Builders for a variance to Chapter 38 Article II Noise to allow for concrete pours on portions of the Plantation Park Development to begin at 5:00 a.m.

Blazer Builders are requesting permission to begin pours at 5:00 a.m. on the buildings and paving shaded in blue on the site plan included. Based on the proximity to the adjacent neighborhood they are requesting pours to begin at 7:00 a.m. for the buildings and paving shaded in red. Blazer builders estimates 12 weeks to complete this phase of construction.

Anyone seeking to give or receive information on this request should be present at City Hall in Lake Jackson (25 Oak Drive) on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.
