NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC STREET PAVEMENT & UTILITY RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS  FOR BOIS D ARC, HICKORY, LOTUS, OLEANDER AND S. YAUPON STREETS
ATTENTION: Residents, Police, Fire, EMS, School District, City Employees and others.

There are and will be field surveying crews from Baker & Lawson, Inc. (an engineering and surveying firm) performing topographic surveying to be used in the engineering design for construction plan needed as part of the 2016 Bond project referenced above. Crews have commenced this survey, and will be on and off as needed during working hours.

Crews will not enter your back yards or fenced areas. They may have to go up to the building front to take ground or drive elevations to assure proper drainage will result. The areas to be surveyed are generally along the streets and drainage easements between properties where existing.

The plan drawings should be completed by September of 2017, but the construction projects will not be started until the Spring of 2018 pending funding in November 2017.
