- INCREASE GOLF OPERATING FUND ANNUAL TRANSFER FROM $250,000 TO $300,000.
- FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DOG PARK - $580,000
- INCREASE MAINTENANCE OF DOWNTOWN LANDSCAPE FROM $50,000 TO $55,000 ANNUALLY
