[ARCHIVED] Parking in Yards is Prohibited

This is a reminder that as of January 1, 2019 parking cars, trucks, SUV’s and other passenger vehicles in any part of a residential yard that can be seen from the street is prohibited unless on an all-weather surface such as concrete, asphalt, gravel or crushed stone.

Exceptions:

Loading and unloading of the passenger vehicle.

Activities such as construction, remodeling, and landscaping.

Washing of the passenger vehicle.

Special Events (parties, overnight guests) not lasting more than 72 hours.


Recreational vehicles, golf carts, and motorcycles are excluded.

Please remember State Law prohibits parking on or blocking sidewalks.
