A permit is not required to have a Garage Sale, but their are rules you must follow:
1. You are allowed to have two (2) Garage Sales per year.
2. Garage Sales signs may be placed for no more than two (2) days on the premises of the Garage
Sale.
3. The City of Lake Jackson does not allow Snipe Signs on intersections, trees, poles, fences, stakes or other objects.
