Veteran's Memorial Plaza

Outdoor events take place with a charm of their own on the Veteran's Memorial Outdoor Plaza. Accented by a beautiful decorative fountain, lush landscaping, stage area, and beautiful downtown Lake Jackson for a backdrop, this park area is ideal for everything from a garden wedding to a family or class reunion.

Amenities Include:

• Power outlets available to accommodate live bands, DJs, and all of your audio needs.
• The lower plaza includes a decorative fountain located near the center of the plaza. Also located on the lower plaza is a trellis and a life-size chessboard.
• The upper plaza provides for a stage and a mini-band stand which is available when renting the Outdoor Plaza Package.

Outdoor Plaza Package:

The Outdoor Plaza Package includes the Outdoor Plaza and the three Plaza Rooms for an indoor and outdoor event with the Plaza Rooms that look over the Veteran's Memorial Plaza.

Rental Fees:

Refundable Deposit: 
Outdoor Plaza - $100
Outdoor Plaza Package - $400

Lake Jackson Residents:
Lake Jackson Residents will receive a 10% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Saturday.

Active Military:
Active Military will receive a 30% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Friday only.
*Must provide an Active Military ID to qualify for discount.

Non-Profit Organizations:
Non-Profit Organizations will receive a 30% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Friday only.
*Must provide a current 501c3 to qualify for discount.

Payments:

The refundable deposit is due upon reservation. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to event date. 
The rental fee can be paid in one lump sum, or smaller payments may be made as long as the total balance is paid off 30 days prior to the event.

*A 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all Debit and Credit Card Transactions

Rental Hours:

The Outdoor Plaza and the Outdoor Plaza Package are only available to rent "All Day" from 8am - 12am.

Setup and Cleaning Services:

Civic Center tables and chairs are not permitted on the Outdoor Plaza so renters will need to work with a third party for any rental and setup needs.

Cleaning services are included in Outdoor Plaza and Outdoor Plaza Package Rentals at no additional charge.
