The Lake Jackson Police Department Training Division provides quality continuing education to the law enforcement community. The Training Division is responsible for the development and instruction of mandated and specialized training; as well as maintaining the integrity and standardization of these training programs. We provide training opportunities that enhance knowledge, develop skills, and enrich the law enforcement community. The training division works diligently to raise the standards of training, increase officer safety, and maintain the standards of professionalism and integrity. We strive to prepare law enforcement professionals for the ever-changing demands that they face so they can better serve and protect their communities with honor and integrity.

Refund policy for the Lake Jackson Police Department Training Division.
Unable to Attend
If a student is unable to attend a class for which they have registered, they must contact the Lake Jackson Police Department Training Coordinator in advance to either transfer or cancel the registration. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start date of the class, you will be issued a full refund.
Students who begin a class and are dismissed by Lake Jackson Police Department Instructors or instructors representing the Lake Jackson Police Department before the completion of the class are not eligible for refunds.
Students who begin a class and withdraw before the completion of the class are not eligible for refunds.
For students who enroll and no show for classes with a tuition that is $50.00 or less will not receive a refund. For classes with a tuition over $50.01, participants will be charged a $50.00 registration fee.
If a class is canceled by the Lake Jackson Police Department, students will be issued a full refund.
All refunds will be issued within 45 days of the last scheduled day of class.
